Shoulder & Ankle alignment for foot and elbow pain. Scorpio Moon





This week's free 1 hour yoga class was designed to assist 2 people who contacted me for postural alignment advice. 1 has pain in her feet from standing long hours as a health care worker, the other struggles with tennis elbow.

Just as we are all connected to the Universe, so each part of our body is connected.
In this video, we look at opening the shoulders to prevent unnecessary torsion though the elbow joint and postural alignment from the feet upwards, lifting the arches and ankle joints.
