Some of the poses in this 1 hour class you will find are great to practice every time you get up from the computer, to help you maintain a posture supporting the natural alignment of your spine.
Free yoga classes were held every Friday afternoon 3pm AEST during March and April 2020. To join Zoom classes at times that suit your location, simply message me for more information.
