Balance

Balance is the key concept that came to me as I went for my morning walk after practising yoga. Work life balance. Balancing hormones. Balance the budget. Balanced emotions. Balance poses. Balanced viewpoint. Balanced meal. 
Yoga poses that require concerted effort in order to maintain balance and not topple over not only calm and focus the mind, but also work our core muscles strongly. Getting flat ab muscles and that tiny waist does not mean endless boring crunches. Simply practice your balance postures and get out there in the fresh air every day, loving and appreciating yourself and all that nature has to offer. Namaste!!
